General Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Japan Post Small Packet with tracking included.

Delivery Time: Approximately 2 weeks (delivery times may vary depending on Japan Post/USPS processing and customs clearance)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

U.S. Duties and Taxes Notice (Effective August 29, 2025)

Important Update: Effective August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended the duty-free exemption for all international shipments, including those under $800.

What This Means for U.S. Customers:

  • All packages to the U.S. may be subject to duties, taxes, and processing fees regardless of value

  • Tax amounts may vary based on USPS assessment methods during the transition period

  • All duties, taxes, and USPS processing fees are the recipient's responsibility

  • Payment must be made to USPS (online, at local post office, or upon delivery)

  • Packages may be held until payment is completed

  • Unpaid shipments may be returned to sender

Please be aware that customs processing may extend delivery times beyond the standard 2-week timeframe.

  • For undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, reshipping fees may apply
