How to Prepare:
Matcha Latte: Add 2g (1 tsp) matcha to a bowl — no need to sift. Add a splash of 80°C water and whisk into a smooth paste, then whisk in ~50ml of 80°C water until frothy. Pour over 6–8 oz milk (hot or iced).

"Only got this one because the other two blends I prefer were out of stock, but was disappointed in the lack of matcha I could taste. Not only could I tell right when I opened the package & saw the dull color, but I sadly couldn’t taste it much in my drink. I will try to use it for baking instead but I used 4 grams in my latte, maybe this one isn’t best with milk ? I used homemade cashew milk btw"
