












Matcha & Hojicha Duo | Uji Matcha Shoshin (30g) + The Original Hojicha (60g)
Two originals from a Kyoto tea house founded in 1753. Our ceremonial Uji matcha — stone-ground in Uji, rich in umami, smooth enough for lattes — paired with the hojicha we've been roasting since 1902, when our third-generation master first charred leftover sencha stems over charcoal.
- Uji Matcha Shoshin (30g) — ceremonial grade, rich umami & aroma
- Hojicha Powder (60g) — the original, warm and nutty, naturally low in caffeine
Matcha latte: Whisk 2g matcha into a smooth paste with a splash of 80°C water (no sifting), add ~50ml of 80°C water, then pour over 6–8 oz milk. Hojicha latte: same method with 2g hojicha powder — lovely hot or iced, any time of day.
