How to Prepare:
Traditional Usucha: Add 2g matcha to a bowl. Add a little 80°C water and whisk into a smooth paste, then add 50ml of 80°C water and whisk briskly in a W-motion until frothy.
Matcha Latte: Add 2g (1 tsp) matcha to a bowl — no need to sift. Add a splash of 80°C water and whisk into a smooth paste, then whisk in ~50ml of 80°C water until frothy. Pour over 6–8 oz milk (hot or iced).
