Good for if you are just starting out making matcha

"I've been trying different matcha powders online and this one is at the bottom of my ratings. It is just okay. I find that it is best mixed with coconut water in my opinion. If you are looking for a matcha powder to experiment making different fun variations of drinks without worrying about covering up the flavor this would be good for you."

Pretty good

"I enjoy their match but not sure if I love it yet - it might be a great intro for someone who is new to matcha and wants to try different flavors. I wish it was stronger and earthier. the price point is pretty good as well. would def try different flavors!"

Wakamatsu matcha

"So far I have tried two tins of matcha from this website, I tried the daichi organic tin first. I thought it couldn’t get better with the wakamatsu tin. I was wrong. The umami flavor and slight bitterness is the perfect balance for my matcha lattes. I’ve been stuck on salted vanilla matcha lattes lately and this blend has been the perfect choice for me. Will be purchasing again when this tin runs out."

This is my second time

"This is my second time buying matcha here. Seriously I've never had a creamy, strong, real matcha taste until now. I looked for many matcha's but ever got satisfied. Here the prices are very good too for good amount if grams. I would surely be buying this as soon as I finished my matcha. I've yet to try all the flavors and I will try them all. I'm confident that I will like all of them."

This is my favorite matcha

"This is my favorite matcha to buy. I have tried many matcha and latte combinations and this one works the best for me. This blend is strong but not overwhelming. Definitely a good option if you are searching for a strong matcha flavor. Good price for the quality you get."

"Beautiful green! To me it smells sweet and nutty meanwhile it tastes nutty with underlying vegetal notes and a hint of bitterness. I think I can taste the astringency like described, it's not unpleasant."

I have almost finished my

"I have almost finished my first tin and will soon be ordering more. I am so happy to have found such an enjoyable, good quality matcha at an affordable price. I am glad this was recommended to me."

I really liked this matcha

"I really liked this matcha the color is sooo green and it tastes really good. I will definitely repurchase it."

This is my favorite matcha!

"This is my favorite matcha! It's right in the middle when it comes to balance between nutty, creamy, and grassy taste. The daichi is much milder in comparison and the asamidori has more of a seaweed taste so wakamatsu is just perfect for my taste. It has a deep green color that is so lovely. I cannot tolerate caffeine in large doses so matcha has been a great drink option for me. I'm a purist so I drink it only with a small splash of half and half. I want to be able to taste all of the flavors."
