Matcha “Shoshin” (初心)
A new premium-grade matcha that embodies the spirit of traditional Japanese tea.
With a deep, refined flavor and rich umami, Shoshin is crafted for those who seek a truly authentic matcha experience—whether for tea ceremonies or quiet personal moments.
It is a higher grade than Oimatsu and Kohata no Shiro, previously offered in the U.S. market.
Discontinued Items
Due to the recent and significant rise in the cost of matcha raw materials, maintaining our previous lineup has become difficult.
To ensure consistent quality and a simpler, clearer selection, we have decided to streamline our product range.
