Sou Sou is a Japanese loose-leaf sencha from Kyo Hayashiya, crafted to preserve the tea's original natural aroma. Unlike most commercial senchas that undergo heavy rolling for appearance, Sou Sou omits appearance-focused rolling — keeping the leaves closer to their natural state and locking in their fresh, vibrant fragrance.

How to Brew:
Add 5g (1 heaping tsp) per 150ml water. Use water at 75–80°C (not boiling). Steep for 60–90 seconds. Pour evenly to balance flavor.
